Devil's Staircase is an old-growth oasis amid a sea of clearcuts in the Oregon Coast Range (k. ritley)

Devil's Staircase: IT'S GO TIME!
The Wilderness act was introduced into Congress on June 16. We cannot lose momentum or let the bills get lost in committee!

This summer, we need to build a massive wave of community support to protect this place forever. But to do this, we need $27,000! We've already raised 65% of our goal! Your gift will help us reach the top and keep this oasis just the way it is: wild.

COMMUNITY UPDATES
Peruse art from across the region, sip wine, and stop by our booth at Art in the Vineyard (Alton Baker Park, Eugene) July 3-5! Kids of all ages can color pictures of critters, plants, and fungi and decorate "the Doug," our 8-foot-wide slice of Douglas Fir. Find us in the Kids Art Arena!.

Venturing out to the Oregon Country Fair July 10-12? You can find us just outside the entrance (as you walk from parking into the fair) with a huge, stunning display of Devil's Staircase. We would love to see you!

Cascadia Wildlands educates, agitates, and inspires a movement to protect and restore Cascadia's wild ecosystems. We envision vast old-growth forests, rivers full of salmon, wolves howling in the backcountry, and vibrant communities sustained by the unique landscapes of the Cascadia Bioregion. We like it wild.
