Info: This nine-piece jazz outfit features Eugene's own Gerry Rempel and a line-up of dynamic, award winning musicians with diverse musical backgrounds and styles. The Jazz Syndicate won over the crowd with their lively set of eclectic, wordly tunes that combine original pieces and sounds with favorite jazz classics.

Artist: Pearl Moon — A Janis Experience

Info: Pearl Moon delivers a quintessential Janis Joplin experience with lead singer and Pints Gone Wild! guest artist from 2013, Gaye Lee Russell. Spot-on, emotion laden power vocals and a tight, dynamic rock band drive this energetic live-wire show. The jaw-dropping experience not only respects the music of Janis Joplin, but celebrates the powerful message that Janis brought to the world of popular music. Gaye Lee has combined musical forces with three dynamic West Coast musicians, guitarist Roger McConnell, percussionist Jimmy Stanton, and bassist and vocalist Trey Longstreth, who together all share a strong history of the San Francisco music scene and the music of Janis Joplin to give birth to PEARL MOON — a Janis Experience. Artist: The Rosannas

Info: The dynamic acoustic-based band from Eugene, Oregon The Rosannas, will be rocking the Ninkasi tasting room patio with their distinctive Americana sound. A six-person ensemble, the origins of The Rosannas’ sounds can be heard in American roots music, the vocal groups of the 50's and 60's, and the singer-songwriters of the 60's and 70's. Out of the melting pot, The Rosannas have evolved into a folk music hybrid. Four-part harmonies. Acoustic and electric instruments. Compelling, reflective lyrics. Artist: Tita Luisa

Info:Tita was selected as one of the 16 Semi-Finalists for the Eugene Weekley's "Next Big Thing of 2013", and her song "What Can I Do" will be included on the "Next Big Thing" compilation CD. Tita’s repertoire includes an extensive list of songs from current popular artists and those of the last 9 decades, sprinkled with an original tune here and there. She played an acoustic cover set for this event.  With over thirty years of experience, Tita Luisa has the ability to capture the essence of a moment, a memory, or an emotion and weave it into what becomes a very meaningful song. She enjoys writing for special occasions and loves seeing the joy a custom written song brings. With songs about the search for love, love found, love lost, and love gone wrong, to social issues and love for humankind, Tita offers songs in the full spectrum of the colors of love. The lyrics speak of emotions and thoughts that are a part of life’s fabric. They are stories, dreams, and hopes that settle comfortably into your heart and are sure to touch a familiar chord. Artist: Paul Safar & Nancy Wood

Info: Kicking-off our monthly Pints Gone Wild! events for the 2014 year, talented duo Nancy Wood and Paul Safar will be gracing the Ninkasi tasting room patio with saprano vocals and jazz piano. A competitive figure skater as a child in Minnesota, and later a professional dancer, Wood now teaches prenatal yoga and mama-and-baby yoga at Four Winds. Safar started classical piano at age 6 in Philadelphia, and he's been teaching piano and performing in Eugene since 1994. Both life-long artists and longtime Cascadia Wildlands wild supporters, Nancy and Paul are also the founders and artistic directors of Cherry Blossom Musical Arts, a 501(c)3 non-profit in Eugene, OR. Info: Since their beginnings in 2003, Eugene’s Uncle Stumbles have grown beyond the “first impression” of their name… over ten years later, the name Uncle Stumbles reminds us that each of us stumbles and trips every once and a while-and your friends cover your back. Uncle Stumbles plays late ’60′s style rock and roll with an Americana tinge. An honest exploratory music that draws from influences as broad as Frank Zappa, and Stravinski to the Grateful Dead. Uncle Stumbles continues to impress and win over crowds wherever they perform; playing to the moment, whatever that may be, often surprising themselves in the process. Info: Emily Knobbe is a student and solo artist living in Eugene, Oregon. Originally from St. Louis, Emily came to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon where she studies environmental law. Performing for 18 years and playing guitar for 11, Emily’s humor and soulful mature sound is sure to captivate you. Info: Samba Ja is Eugene's own bateria — a thirty-member mobile percussion ensemble specializing in Afro-Brazilian beats. They are an open community group playing wild, funky, infectious, and incredibly danceable street music from all over Brazil and the Americas; from the sounds of Carnaval in Rio de Janeiro to original adaptations of old-school hip hop. The diverse, playful, and innovative, Samba Ja just celebrated its 10th birthday. Get ready for irrepressible and ecstatic rhythms to accompany your evening at Ninkasi.
