    Conservation successes like the Flat Country timbe Conservation successes like the Flat Country timber sale recently getting withdrawn, the Eugene Water and Electric Board decision to decommission and remove aging Leaburg Dam on the McKenzie River, and enacting a durable conservation plan for the Elliott State Forest are due in great part to the incredible involvement of WildCAT (Cascadia Action Team) volunteers. Join the next WildCAT meeting to get plugged into our vibrant advocacy work — there's something for everyone! The next WildCAT Wednesday meeting, typically held the first Wednesday of every month, will be on January 11 (TONIGHT!) in our office 120 Shelton Mcmurphey Blvd #250 (masks and negative covid tests strongly encouraged) and on Zoom at 6:00 pm (register on our website). Expect an update on our current campaigns, dates for upcoming field checking trips, announcements from each other, and ways to plug in.
